Abstract

biomateriais compósitos. a presente invenção se refere a biomateriais de scaffold compósitos incluindo duas ou mais subunidades de biomaterial de scaffold, cada uma incluindo um tecido vegetal ou fúngico descelularizado do qual materiais celulares e ácidos nucléicos do tecido são removidos, o tecido vegetal ou fúngico descelularizado tendo uma estrutura porosa tridimensional, as duas ou mais subunidades de biomaterial de scaffold sendo montadas no biomaterial de scaffold compósito e mantidas unidas através de fundição com gel usando uma cola de hidrogel; através de geometria complementar de interligação das duas ou mais subunidades de biomaterial de scaffold; através de biolitografia baseada em montagem guiada (gad); através de reticulação química; ou qualquer combinação dos mesmos. também são fornecidos métodos para produzir esses biomateriais de scaffold, bem como métodos e usos dos mesmos.
