Abstract
processo e sistema de geração de um plano de corte de um produto vítreo complexo. esse processo permite gerar um plano de corte de um produto vítreo complexo (vf) que compreende pelo menos uma folha de vidro (fv) e pelo menos uma camada (fi) diferente de uma folha de vidro. ele compreende: - uma etapa (e20) de obtenção de uma cartografia (cfv) dos defeitos da dita pelo menos uma folha de vidro (fv); - uma etapa (e40) de obtenção de pelo menos uma outra cartografia (cfi, cdf) de defeitos, os defeitos da dita pelo menos uma outra cartografia não sendo defeitos de uma folha de vidro; cada uma das ditas cartografias (cfv, cfi, cdf) compreendendo para cada um de seus defeitos, uma posição do dito defeito, um tamanho do dito defeito, e um nível de criticidade do dito defeito; - uma etapa (e110) de geração de um plano de corte (pdd) do dito produto vítreo complexo (vf) pelo menos a partir das ditas cartografias (cfv, cfi, cdf) e de um caderno de encargos (cdc) que levam em consideração os ditos níveis de criticidade, o dito plano de corte (pdd) compreendendo pelo menos um traço de corte e sendo tal que nenhum dos traços de corte passe por uma zona de exclusão de um dito defeito da dita pelo menos uma folha de vidro (fv), o dito processo sendo caracterizado pelo fato de que ele permite que pelo menos um dos ditos traços de corte passe por uma zona de exclusão de um defeito da dita outra cartografia (cfi, cdf).
