Abstract
Este método permite generar un plan de corte de un producto de cristal complejo (VF) que comprende al menos una lámina de vidrio (FV) y al menos una capa (FI) que no sea una lámina de vidrio. El método comprende los siguientes pasos: - Un paso (E20) de obtención de un mapa (CFV) de los defectos de la previamente mencionada lámina de vidrio (FV); - Un paso (E40) de obtención de al menos otro mapa de defectos (CFI, CDF); los defectos de este otro mapa no son defectos de una lámina de vidrio; Cada uno de estos mapas (CFV, CFI, CDF) comprende, para cada uno de sus defectos, una posición de dicho defecto, un tamaño de dicho defecto, y un nivel de criticidad de dicho defecto; - Un paso (E110) de generación de un plan de corte (PDD) de dicho producto de cristal complejo (VF) que al menos utilice dichos mapas (CFV, CFI, CDF) y una especificación (CDC) teniendo en cuenta dichos niveles de criticidad; dicho plan de corte (PDD) comprende al menos una línea de corte de forma tal que ninguna de estas líneas de corte pase a través de una zona de exclusión de dicho defecto en la previamente mencionada lámina de vidrio (FV), Dicho método se caracteriza porque permite que al menos una de las líneas de corte previamente mencionadas pase a través de una zona de exclusión de un defecto de este otro mapa (CFI, CDF).
