Abstract

MÉTODO PARA PROCESSAMENTO DE DEFEITO, APARELHO RELACIONADO, E COMPUTADOR As modalidades da presente invenção fornecem um método para processamento de defeito, um aparelho relacionado, e um computador. Quando é determinado que um computador está em pane, um controlador de gerenciamento de placa-base (12) no computador pode enviar uma mensagem de solicitação de leitura para um processador (11) no computador, onde a mensagem de solicitação de leitura é usada para solicitar leitura de primeiros dados de erro gravados pelo processador (11), receber uma mensagem de resposta de leitura retornada pelo processador (11), e obter, de acordo com a mensagem de resposta de leitura, os primeiros dados de erro gravados pelo processador (11). Por meio das modalidades da presente invenção, um sistema operante não precisa ser usado, a aquisição de dados de erro em um computador depois que o computador está em pane é implantada usando um controlador de gerenciamento de placa-base (12), e um problema na técnica anterior de que dados de erro em um computador não podem ser adquiridos depois que um erro incorrigível que ocorre no computador causa uma pane no sistema é resolvido.
