Abstract
método para fabricar uma chapa de aço elétrico não orientado. um método para fabricar uma chapa de aço elétrico não orientado de acordo com a presente invenção compreende: uma etapa para laminar a quente o aço tendo uma composição química prescrita, uma etapa para realizar a primeira laminação a frio; uma etapa para realizar o recozimento intermediário; uma etapa para realizar a segunda laminação a frio; e uma etapa para realizar o recozimento de acabamento e/ou recozimento para alívio de tensões. a passagem final do recozimento de acabamento é realizada a uma temperatura pelo menos igual a uma temperatura ar1. no recozimento de acabamento, o aço é mantido por até duas horas a uma temperatura menos que uma temperatura ac1. no recozimento para alívio de tensões, o aço é mantido por pelo menos 1200 segundos a uma temperatura pelo menos igual a 600°c e menos que a temperatura ac1.
