Abstract
processo para preparar cápsulas de invólucro duro cheias com revestimentos à base de celulose ou amido com uma máquina de enchimento de cápsulas. a invenção se refere a um processo para preparar uma cápsula de invólucro duro revestida com polímero, cheia de um enchimento que compreende um ingrediente biologicamente ativo, em que a cápsula de invólucro duro compreende um corpo e uma tampa, em que em um estado fechado a tampa se sobrepõe ao corpo em um estado pré-travado ou em um estado travado final, em que o material do corpo e da tampa compreende um etil, metil ou propil éter de celulose, amido ou pululano, em que a cápsula de invólucro duro é revestida com uma camada de revestimento que cobre a cápsula de invólucro duro no estado pré-travado, em que a camada de revestimento compreende uma ou mais celulose(s) aniônica(s), etil celulose e/ou um ou mais amidos compreendendo pelo menos 35% em peso amilose, em que a camada de revestimento está presente em uma quantidade de cerca de 1 a 5,8 mg/cm2, em que uma película seca com uma espessura de 250 µm, correspondente à composição da camada de revestimento, mostra um alongamento na ruptura de cerca de 15 a 500%, em que a cápsula de invólucro duro revestida com polímero é fornecida no estado pré-travado para uma máquina de enchimento de cápsulas, que executa as etapas de separar o corpo e a tampa, encher o corpo com o enchimento e reunir o corpo e a tampa no estado travado final.
