Abstract
filme de barreira ao gás transparente e método para produção do mesmo. a presente invenção refere-se a um filme de barreira transparente que tem excelente resistência a ácidos e é barato e um método para produção do mesmo. um filme transparente de barreira ao gás inclui um filme plástico e uma camada de óxido de alumínio localizada sobre pelo menos uma superfície do filme plástico, a camada de óxido de alumínio composta principalmente de óxido de alumínio. o coeficiente de absorção da camada de óxido inorgânico imediatamente após a deposição de vapor é menos de 0,03 nm-1 e a espessura do filme da camada de óxido inorgânico é 6 nm ou mais e 10 nm ou menos.
