Abstract
válvula de controle de gás de exaustão. uma válvula incluindo: um alojamento; um membro rotativo posicionado dentro do alojamento; e um atuador engatado com o membro rotativo; em que o membro rotativo tem uma forma geralmente cilíndrica e pelo menos uma cavidade se estendendo através de uma porção da forma geralmente cilíndrica em uma direção geralmente perpendicular a um eixo geométrico da forma geralmente cilíndrica; em que o membro rotativo é posicionado dentro do alojamento de modo que, durante a operação da válvula, o atuador gire o membro rotativo dentro do alojamento em torno do eixo geométrico da forma geralmente cilíndrica, e após a conclusão de cerca de 90° de rotação do membro rotativo em torno do eixo geométrico, a pelo menos uma cavidade fica alinhada dentro do alojamento para mudar a válvula de uma condição aberta para uma condição fechada, ou de uma condição fechada para uma condição aberta; e em que o membro rotativo inclui fibras inorgânicas e pelo menos um aglutinante. métodos de fabricação e uso da válvula também são contemplados.
