bactérias ácido-láticas de kimchi lactobacillus sakei wikim0109 tendo eficácia para alívio de artrite. a presente invenção se refere à nova lactobacillus sakei wikim0109 isolada a partir de kimchi e uma composição contendo a mesma. a lactobacillus sakei wikim0109 de acordo com a presente invenção é uma bactéria ácido-lática tendo uma atividade de inibir a produção de igg e igg2a no sangue e uma atividade de inibir a produção de ifn-?, il-17 e tnf-a e pode ser usada em várias aplicações, tais como para prevenir e melhorar artrite ou melhorar a regulagem intestinal em seres humanos ou animais.
