Abstract
proteínas de fusão, bactérias recombinantes e fragmentos de exosporium para o controle de pestes e saúde das plantas. a presente invenção refere-se a uma proteína de fusão tendo uma sequência de direcionamento, proteína do exosporium ou fragmento da proteína do exosporium que tem como alvo a proteína de fusão ao exosporium de um membro da família do bacillus cereus recombinante e uma enzima tendo atividade de serina protease, em que a enzima tendo a atividade de serina protease é do bacillus firmus ou é uma variante dessa enzima. a presente invenção também fornece um membro da família do bacillus cereus recombinante que expressa tal proteína de fusão e fragmentos do exosporium derivados de tal membro da família do bacillus cereus recombinante. métodos de uso de tais membros da família do bacillus cereus recombinante ou fragmentos do exosporium derivados deles para o controle de nematoides também são fornecidos.
