Abstract
açúcar amorfo de baixa densidade. a presente invenção fornece um açúcar amorfo de baixa densidade compreendendo um ou mais açúcares ou adoçantes substitutos e um agente de redução de densidade. o açúcar preferivelmente tem uma densidade mais baixa do que açúcar de mesa branco refinado. a invenção fornece ainda métodos de fabricar o açúcar amorfo incluindo secagem rápida, tal como secagem por pulverização e métodos de preparação de alimento e bebida usando o açúcar amorfo.
