Abstract

protenção alimentícia para frutas, cereais e vegetais e derivados. a presente invenção se refere a uma composição para a proteção de frutas, cereais e vegetais que possui um ph entre 5,5 e 7,5 e contendo, pelo menos, 2.000 mg/l, preferencialmente, pelo menos, 1.800 mg/l de uma combinação de derivados de guanidínio, particularmente oligo(cloreto de 2-(2-etoxi) etoxietil guanidínio), poli (cloreto de hexametilenodiamina guanidínio) e polieteraminas, trietilenoglicol diamina, enzimas, rpcp, aminoácidos, antioxidantes como ácidos húmicos, alguns produtos naturais como extratos vegetais fitoterapêuticos.
