本发明涉及水果、谷物和蔬菜保护组合物的领域。本发明涉及组合胍盐衍生物,尤其涉及低聚(2-(2-乙氧基)乙氧基乙基氯化胍)、聚(六亚甲基二胺氯化胍)、酶、PGPR、氨基酸、如腐殖酸的抗氧化剂和如植物治疗性植物提取物的一些天然产物的组合。
发明背景
食物的微生物污染可能是相当大的健康风险。它可以导致严重的胃肠道病症,并且也是与疾病、呕吐、腹泻和疟疾有关的“夏季流行性感冒”的疑似起因。有害微生物也可以含有或分泌强毒物,其会导致危险的污染,例如引起肉毒中毒(botulism)的肉中毒。在某些情况下,微生物也可以是致癌的(例如来自特殊霉菌的真菌毒素)。
食物腐败或食物中毒通常通过抑制或完全破坏细菌、酵母和霉菌的不同措施(例如加热、降低的水活性、冷冻分布、防腐剂的存在)的组合来防止。
然而,被法律批准和通常使用的防腐剂可能仍然对一些消费者是有害的。例如,苯甲酸和山梨酸可以引起过敏,而亚硫酸盐、亚硫酸和二氧化硫可以具有进一步的有害作用。用于腌肉制品中的防腐剂在加热超过12℃时也可以释放致癌化合物。

另一篇出版物描述了胍盐对霉菌和酵母以及大肠菌的使用:国际食物信息,通过非传统的保存方法延长食物的贮存期”。一些文章描述了胍盐对延长腌制产品的贮存期的作用。将生猪肉汤用作测试产品。所有样品通过热处理进行处理。结果显示,添加胍盐对随后经过热处理和巴氏灭菌的生猪肉中存在的霉菌和酵母的生长有影响。涉及大肠菌微生物和形成好氧孢子的微生物的微生物部分不受胍盐存在的显著影响。

特别优选的是处理梨果和核果和浆果,特别是苹果、梨、李子、桃、杏仁、樱桃、草莓、树莓和黑莓。特别优选的是处理柑橘类水果,特别是橙、柠檬、葡萄柚、橘。特别优选的是处理热带水果,特别是木瓜、百香果、芒果、杨桃、菠萝、香蕉。特别优选的是处理葡萄藤。

根据本发明的活性化合物组合可以存在于(市售)制剂中,以及存在于由这些制剂作为与其它(已知)活性化合物的混合物制备的使用形式中,所述其它(已知)活性化合物例如杀虫剂、引诱剂、消毒剂、杀菌剂、杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、杀真菌剂、生长调节剂、除草剂、肥料、安全剂和化学信息素。
根据本发明用活性化合物或组合物对植物、植物可食用部分、果叶的处理直接进行,或者通过作用于它们的环境、栖息地或储存空间来进行,使用常规处理方法,例如通过浸渍、喷洒、喷雾、灌溉、蒸发、粉化、雾化、撒播、发泡、涂覆、扩散、浇水(浸湿)、滴灌,以及在繁殖材料的情况下,特别是在种子的情况下,还作为用于干燥种子处理的粉末、用于种子处理的溶液、用于浆料处理的水溶性粉末,通过包硬外壳、通过包被一个或多个层等。此外,可以通过超低体积方法应用活性化合物,或者将活性化合物制剂或活性化合物本身注入土壤中。

感兴趣的相关技术描述了各种食物补充剂,但没有公开本发明。对粉末状食物保护组合物存在需求,其提供多种营养素和调味剂用于丰富和调味某人的食物,但是也抑制某人的食欲以防止过量进食。相关技术将按照与本发明感知的相关性的顺序进行讨论。

以上发明和专利中,无论是单独或组合,都没有看到描述本发明的调味和治疗效果。因此,期望解决上述问题的食物保护组合物。
发明概述

本发明部分地基于意外发现,即低聚(2-(2-乙氧基)乙氧基乙基氯化胍)、聚(六亚甲基二胺氯化胍)、酶、PGPR、氨基酸、抗氧化剂(如腐殖酸)和一些天然产物(如植物治疗性植物提取物)对各种癌细胞类型的增殖显示出协同抑制作用。不希望受任何特定理论或作用机理的束缚,这种协同作用可以归因于低聚(2-(2-乙氧基)乙氧基乙基氯化胍)、聚(六亚甲基二胺氯化胍)、酶、PGPR、氨基酸、如腐殖酸的抗氧化剂和如植物治疗性植物提取物的一些天然产物显著增强治疗效果的能力。
本发明是一种食物增强剂,其在抑制某人食欲的同时向待食用的食物中添加营养价值和风味。所述组合物为粉末形式,其在应用于任何食物中是通用的。食物保护组合物可以添加至被烹饪的食物中,包括在开胃菜中或在食用的同时撒在任何食物上。它由多种豆类、谷物、维生素、草药和香料组成。因为食物增强剂以粉末形式服用,因此身体的吸收最大化,并且与片剂相比更容易吞咽。这种组合物旨在替代盐、胡椒和其它香料。
本发明的另一个目的是提供除了液体形式以外的粉末形式的食物保护材料。
发明详述
本发明涉及用于保护收获的水果、切花或蔬菜以防由在储存条件中表达的某些储存疾病或病症引起的腐烂的方法,所述水果、切花或蔬菜在收获前已经用低聚(2-(2-乙氧基)乙氧基乙基氯化胍)、聚(六亚甲基二胺氯化胍)、聚醚胺、三乙二醇二胺、酶、PGPR、氨基酸、例如腐殖酸的抗氧化剂和如植物治疗性植物提取物的一些天然产物的组合进行处理。
具有5.5至7.5的pH的食物保护剂组合物含有至少2000mg/l、优选至少1800mg/l的食物保护剂和胍盐衍生物的组合,特别是低聚(2-(2-乙氧基)乙氧基乙基氯化胍)、聚(六亚甲基二胺氯化胍)、聚醚胺、三乙二醇二胺、酶、PGPR、氨基酸、例如腐殖酸的抗氧化剂和如植物治疗性植物提取物的一些天然产物的组合。
水果、切花和蔬菜的任何收获前植物保护程序的目的是防止可能损害水果、切花和蔬菜的最终质量的疾病的发展并且获得足够的产品产量。在包装期间在水果、切花和蔬菜上进行植物保护产品的收获后应用的系统,旨在确保水果和蔬菜在贮藏和运输到最终消费者期间的健康。此外,由于在例如活性、毒性、选择性、应用率、残留物的形成和有利的制备能力方面对现代杀真菌剂的环境和经济要求持续增加,并且由于例如对于已知活性化合物发展的抗性可能存在问题,因此持续的任务是开发新的杀真菌剂,其在一些领域中至少比其已知的对应物具有优势。因此,仍然需要找到和/或开发其它杀细菌剂、杀病毒剂和杀真菌剂来控制储存疾病。一些化学物质本身是已知的。还已知这些化合物可以用作更健康和可应用的材料。

为了保持产品质量,在熟肉(包括家禽和鱼)应用中添加亚硝酸盐。亚硝酸盐能够阻止一些类型的细菌(例如梭菌)的细菌生长。在一些情况下,添加亚硝酸盐作为着色剂以维持肉制品中的某种颜色。由于亚硝酸盐的这种着色效果,不是对于所有的肉类应用都是理想的。未熟化的、不含亚硝酸盐的产品应用的实例是(德国)香肠、鸡肉和火鸡肉以及烤牛肉。如以上提及,特别是革兰氏阴性细菌病原体经常存在于这些食物中。目前的法规旨在最小化亚硝酸盐在食物应用中的使用。不言而喻,加工技术,例如作为用于保存产品的方法的热处理、辐照或高压处理由于加工速度、成本、消费者偏好和对质地和/或味道的影响而不总是适用于食物应用,例如色拉和其它蔬菜产品。

Claims (23)
1.食物保护剂组合物,其中,其含有至少2000mg/l、优选至少1500mg/l、更优选至少1000mg/l的组合胍盐衍生物,特别是低聚(2-(2-乙氧基)乙氧基乙基氯化胍)、聚(六亚甲基二胺氯化胍)、酶、PGPR、氨基酸、如腐殖酸的抗氧化剂和如植物治疗性植物提取物的一些天然产物的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述胍盐化合物是低聚(2-(2-乙氧基)乙氧基乙基氯化胍)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述胍盐化合物是聚(六亚甲基二胺氯化胍)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水果、谷物和蔬菜保护组合物,其中,其具有5.5至7.5的pH。
5.根据权利要求2所述的水果、谷物和蔬菜保护组合物,其中,其选自由植物以及植物产品和衍生物如面包、饮料、水果、谷物、蔬菜卤制品、水果和蔬菜腌制品组成的组。
6.根据权利要求3所述的水果、谷物和蔬菜保护组合物,其中,所述食物产品是面包。
7.根据权利要求3所述的水果、谷物和蔬菜保护组合物,其中,所述食物产品是饮料。
8.根据权利要求3所述的水果、谷物和蔬菜保护组合物,其中,所述食物产品是蔬菜和蔬菜卤制品以及蔬菜腌制品。
9.根据权利要求3所述的水果、谷物和蔬菜保护组合物,其中,所述食物产品是蘑菇。
10.根据权利要求3所述的水果、谷物和蔬菜保护组合物,其中,所述食物产品是干蔬菜和水果。
11.根据权利要求3所述的食物保护组合物,其中,所述食物产品是果汁和蔬菜汁。
12.根据权利要求3所述的食物保护组合物,其中,所述食物产品是食物保护组合物。
13.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述食物保护组合物是PGPR,即植物根际促生菌,所述生物制剂是选自以下的抗体:不动杆菌属、无色杆菌属、气杆菌属、土壤杆菌属、产碱杆菌属、Artrobacter、固氮螺菌属、沙雷氏菌属、芽孢杆菌属、伯克霍尔德氏菌属、肠杆菌属、欧文氏菌属、黄杆菌属、微球菌属、假单胞菌属、根瘤菌属和黄单胞菌属。
14.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述抗氧化剂是从风化褐煤中浸出的腐殖酸及其钠盐/钾盐。
15.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中氨基酸来自L-半胱氨酸和L-精氨酸。
16.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中酶来自谷氨酰胺酶、精氨酸脱羧酶、组氨酸脱羧酶(乳酸杆菌)和羧肽酶。
17.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中草药植物是洋茴香(Anisi fructus)、巴巴多芦荟(Aloe barbadensis)、熊果叶(Uvae ursi folium)、越橘果(Myrtilli fructus)、桦树叶(Betulae folium)、黑升麻(Cimicifugae rhizoma)、黑醋栗叶(Ribis nigri folium)、黑夏至草(Ballotae nigrae herba)、睡菜叶(Menyanthidis trifoliatae folium)、牛蒡根(Arctii radix)、假叶树(Rusci rhizome)、开普芦荟(Aloe capensis)、药鼠李(Rhamnipurshianae cortex)、矢车菊(Centaurii herba)、丁香油(Caryophylli aetheroleum)、可乐树(Colae semen)、聚合草根(Symphyti radix)、茅草根茎(Graminis rhizoma)、接骨木花(Sambuci flos)、野甘菊(Tanaceti parthenii herba)、鼠李树皮(Frangulae cortex)、龙胆根(Gentianae radix)、胶草(Grindeliae herba)、金缕梅皮(Hamamelidis cortex)、金缕梅叶(Hamamelidis folium)、金缕梅水(Hamamelidis aqua)、黄连碱根茎(Goldensealrhizome)、卵叶车前果壳(Plantaginis ovatae testa)、爪哇茶(Orthosiphonis folium)、羽衣草(Alchemillae herba)、亚麻籽(Lini semen)、锦葵花(Malvae flos)、绣线菊(Filipendulae ulmariae herba)、香蜂叶(Melissae folium)、没药树(Myrrha)、毛蕊花(Verbasci flos)、荨麻根(Urticae radix)、天竺葵根(Pelargonii radix)、洋车前子(Psylli semen)、匍匐芒柄花根(Ononidis radix)、娜檀根(Ratanhiae radix)、车前草叶/草药(Plantaginis lanceolatae folium/herba)、鼠尾草叶、三裂片树叶(Salviaetrilobae folium)、直立委陵菜(Tormentillae rhizoma)、白苦薄荷(Marrubii herbal)、野生三色堇(Violae herba cum flore)、野生百里香(Serpylli herba)、柳树皮(Saliciscortex)。
