Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a um núcleo (3) para um transformador, o qual compreende uma multiplicidade de folhas de metal dobradas (1) que estão todas conectadas para formar uma estrutura que circunda uma abertura do núcleo (4) e forma o núcleo (3), em que em cada caso as extremidades das folhas (2) de cada folha de metal (1) não toca uma na outra com o núcleo (3). As folhas de metal formam nas suas respectivas extremidades de folha (2) dentro do núcleo (3) ou na periferia do núcleo (3), pelo menos um entreferro (5) com o núcleo (3), em que o núcleo (3) está impregnado ou revestido pelo menos nas extremidades das folhas (2) das folhas de metal (1), com um revestimento (6) que contém partículas magnéticas. A impregnação ou revestimento preenche pelo menos os entreferros (5) nas extremidades das folhas (2) de cada folha de metal (1). Também é fornecido um método para produzir um transformador que tem um núcleo (3) de acordo com a invenção.
