A presente invenção refere-se à extração de compostos orgânicos a partir de misturas de ditos compostos com água, usando uma membrana de carbono nanoporosa. A invenção pode ser usada em qualquer campo onde seja desejado separar um composto orgânico de interesse a partir de água, tal como a secagem de álcoois ou alcanos.
