Abstract
a invenção se refere a um dispositivo de resfriamento (100) para o resfriamento de pelo menos um elemento que por ali passa (150, 151), com uma placa de metal (115), com um primeiro lado e um segundo lado, e um canal de resfriamento de gás criogênico (130), em que pelo menos um elemento (150, 151) pode ser conduzido ao longo dos lados do primeiro lado da placa de metal (115), em que o canal de resfriamento (130) fica pelo menos parcialmente em conexão condutora de calor com o segundo lado da placa de metal (115), e em que o canal de resfriamento (130) em uma primeira extremidade apresenta uma conexão (131) para entrada do gás criogênico e em uma segunda extremidade, uma conexão para saída do gás criogênico, assim como um dispositivo de cura com um tal dispositivo de resfriamento (100) e a método para o resfriamento de pelo menos um elemento que por ali passa (150, 151).
