a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo (10, 80, 90) para fixação de um acessório em uma mesa de operação, que compreende uma primeira unidade de fixação (12) para fixação do dispositivo (10, 80, 90) na mesa de operação, e uma segunda unidade de fixação (30) para fixação de uma barra (100 a 110) do acessório no dispositivo (10, 80, 90). essa segunda unidade de fixação (30) apresenta um furo para recepção da barra (100 a 110),cuja seção transversal está formada de tal modo que no furo podem ser fixadas, barras (100 a 110) com pelo menos dois tipos de perfil diferentes.
