Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se aos catalisadores de ácido fosfórico sólidos (spa) úteis na conversão de hidrocarbonetos, tal como a oligomerização de olefinas, aos métodos para preparar tais catalisadores de spa e aos métodos para a conversão de hidrocarbonetos por contato dos hidrocarbonetos com tal catalisador. por exemplo, em certas modalidades, a divulgação proporciona uma composição de catalisador de ácido fosfórico sólida calcinada que inclui ácido fosfórico e fosfatos de silício, e na qual (i) um ou mais promotores, cada um selecionado do grupo consistindo em boro, bismuto, tungstênio, prata e lantânio, estão presentes; (ii) a composição é um produto calcinado de uma mistura moldável, incluindo argila de sílica-alumina, fibra de sílica e/ou fibra de sílica alumina; ou (iii) a composição é um produto calcinado de uma mistura moldável incluindo sílica evaporada.
