a presente invenção refere-se a um método para a produção simultânea de um produto de transformação sólido do substrato e etanol bruto compreendendo as seguintes etapas: ? preparar um substrato de biomassa moída ou em flocos compreendendo matéria proteica que origina-se de soja, semente de colza, ou misturas dos mesmos, opcionalmente em outra mistura com matéria proteica, originando-se de grãos de fava, ervilhas, sementes de girassol, tremoço, cereais, e/ou gramíneas, ? misturar o referido substrato com levedura viva em uma relação de matéria seca de 1:1 a 10.000:1 e adicionar água em uma quantidade que fornece uma relação de densidade em volume úmida para densidade em volume seca de 0,60 a 1,45 na mistura resultante; ? incubar a referida mistura durante 1 a 48 horas em uma temperatura de cerca de 20 a 60 °c; e ? separar etanol bruto e produto de transformação sólido úmido da referida mistura; também compreendendo que a incubação seja realizada como um processo de fluxo de encaixe contínuo em um tanque de incubação vertical, não agitado, fechado com meios de enseada para a referida mistura e aditivos e meios de saída para o produto de transformação sólido e etanol bruto. a invenção também refere-se aos produtos deste método bem como uso dos mesmos.
