resumo patente de invenção: "método para a produção simultânea de etanol e produto fermentado sólido". a invenção refere-se a método para a produção simultânea de produto fermentado sólido e etanol compreendendo as etapas: 1) fornecimento de uma mistura de biomassa moída ou em flocos ou de outra maneira desintegrada, compreendendo oligossacarídeos e/ou polissacarídeos e levedura viva (proporção de 2:1 a 100:1, matéria seca/água); 2) fermentação da mistura resultante sob condições anaeróbicas, com teor de água não excedendo 65% em peso, durante 1 a 36 horas a temperatura entre 25 a 60°c; 3) incubação da mistura fermentada durante 0,5 a 240 minutos a temperatura entre 70 a 150°c; e 4) separação do produto resultante da etapa (3); compreendendo ainda que a) a fermentação na etapa (2) é realizada em um ou mais paddle worms interligados ou esteira de worms contínuos ou b) um ou mais auxiliares de processamento são adicionados na etapa (1), (2) ou (3) e compreendendo ainda uma etapa de 5) separação do etanol bruto da mistura fermentada na etapa (2) e (3) por vácuo e/ou pela injeção do vapor e condensação do vapor de arraste em excesso. a invenção refere-se ainda aos produtos deste método e usos destes.
