o presente pedido de patente diz respeito ao campo dos compostos energéticos e, especificamente, refere-se ao uso de um composto abx3 do tipo perovskita como material energético. como descoberta do presente pedido de patente, as características estruturais do tipo perovskita tornam possível o tipo de composto ser altamente estável, superando, assim, a insegurança de um explosivo com pouca estabilidade na técnica anterior. entretanto, as características estruturais do composto, como ligantes ricos em energia, bem como os ânions energéticos oxidantes dispostos alternadamente e cátions orgânicos redutores no espaço, dotam o composto de excelente desempenho em liberar instantaneamente energia na detonação. a estrutura tridimensional resultante permite ao composto não só ter um efeito energético substancial, mas também superar as desvantagens de alguns dos materiais energéticos existentes.
