Abstract
trata-se de um processo de desidratação de lama auxiliado por reagente floculante, sendo que o dito processo compreende uma injeção de reagente floculante na lama e uma etapa de desidratar a dita lama, caracterizado pelo fato de que o mesmo compreende uma etapa preliminar que consiste em misturar a dita lama em um misturador (4) que compreende uma câmara cilíndrica (4a) equipada com pás (4c) montadas giratoriamente em um eixo (4b) que gira em uma velocidade de rotação de entre 500 rpm e 4.000 rpm, de modo a desestruturar a lama e reduzir a viscosidade da mesma, e em descarregar a lama do dito misturador (4) por meio de uma rede (11) para a dita etapa de desidratação, e em que o mesmo compreende uma etapa de despressurizar o dito misturador (4) e a dita rede dando origem à lise, por cavitação, da dita lama, sendo que a dita etapa de despressurização é realizada por um período de pelo menos 0,1 segundo. instalação correspondente.
