Abstract

Procédé de traitement d’un lixiviat de décharge ou d’un concentrat liquide de lixiviat ou de boues issues de lixiviats et dispositif pour la mise en œuvre du procédé. L’invention concerne un procédé de traitement d’un lixiviat (1) de décharge ou d’un concentrat liquide (2) de lixiviat, ou de boues (3) issues d’un lixiviat, stocké(es) dans une cuve de stockage (6, 7, 8), comportant les étapes : a) mise sous vide d’une enceinte hermétique (9) et pompage du lixiviat, concentrat ou boues depuis la cuve vers ladite enceinte ; b) ajout d’un produit coagulant (16) dans ladite enceinte, par aspiration sous vide, et premier brassage du mélange concentrat ou lixiviat ou boues-coagulant ; c) ajoute d’un produit floculant (22), par aspiration sous vide, audit mélange dans l’enceinte et second brassage, afin d’obtenir un mélange concentrat ou lixiviat ou boues-coagulant-floculant aggloméré sous la forme de flocs ; d) projection dudit mélange aggloméré dans au moins un tube en géotextile (32, 32a, 32b, 32c) perméable ; e) Chauffage du tube et obtention d’une matière sèche stockable.
