Abstract
um conjunto de fieira para fiação de fibras poliméricas, incluindo: (a) uma tampa provida com um orifício de entrada e uma superfície inferior alargada que se alarga para fora a partir do orifício de entrada na direção de fluxo; (b) uma fieira tendo numerosos canais de fluxo de fiação através de sua espessura; (c) um filtro que repousa livremente sobre a fieira; e (d) um guia de fluxo com uma geometria cônica montada em uma cavidade definida pela tampa e a fieira. o guia de fluxo tem um vértice voltado para o orifício de entrada, uma base voltada para o filtro, e uma ou mais superfícies laterais se afilando até o vértice. uma passagem de fluxo divergente é definida pela(s) superfície(s) lateral(is) cônica(s) do guia de fluxo e da superfície inferior alargada da tampa. a base do guia de fluxo é separada de uma superfície superior da fieira, criando um espaço que está em comunicação fluídica com a passagem de fluxo divergente.
