a invenção refere-se a um método de controlar o arranjo de acoplamento (2) em uma caixa de engrenagens (8), compreendendo as etapas de: a) deslocar a manga de acoplamento (24) para a segunda posição aplicando uma primeira força (f1) na manga de acoplamento (24) na direção da primeira posição para a segunda posição, que supera uma força da mola (fs) atuando na manga de acoplamento (24) na direção da segunda posição para a primeira posição; b) aliviar a primeira força (f1) na manga de acoplamento (24) quando a manga de acoplamento (24) está na segunda posição, e quando uma força de reação (fr) que atua na manga de acoplamento (24) supera a força da mola (fs) atuando sobre a manga de acoplamento (24), cuja força de reação (fr) é um resultado do torque (ts) transferido pelo terceiro meio de engate (33) disposto na manga de acoplamento (24); c) aplicar a primeira força (f1) na manga de acoplamento (24) na direção da primeira posição para a segunda posição, se a manga de acoplamento (24) deixar a segunda posição; e d) reduzir o torque (ts) transferido pela manga de acoplamento (24) por meio da segunda fonte de energia (16). a invenção também se refere a um arranjo de acoplamento (2), uma caixa de engrenagens (8) que compreende o arranjo de acoplamento (2) e um veículo (1) que compreende a caixa de engrenagens (8).
