Abstract
a presente invenção se refere aos métodos para os catalisadores de scr envenenados por sulfato dessulfatante a baixa temperatura, e aos sistemas de controle de emissão adaptados para aplicar tais métodos dessulfatantes, a fim de regenerar a atividade catalítica de conversão de nox. os métodos são adaptados para o tratamento de um catalisador de scr para dessorver o enxofre a partir da superfície do catalisador de scr e aumentar a atividade de conversão de nox do catalisador de scr, a etapa de tratamento incluindo o tratamento do catalisador de scr com uma corrente gasosa que compreende um redutor para um primeiro período de tratamento e a uma primeira temperatura de tratamento, em que a primeira temperatura de tratamento é de cerca de 350º c ou inferior, seguida por um segundo período de tempo de tratamento e uma segunda temperatura de tratamento superior à temperatura de primeiro tratamento, em que a proporção molar de redutor para o nox durante o tratamento a etapa é de cerca de 1,05:1 ou superior.
