Abstract
para assegurar uma suficiente força de ligação e adesão com um membro do lado de periferia externa mesmo quando a altura de projeção é adicionalmente reduzida, está provida uma estrutura composta na qual uma superfície periférica externa de um membro cilíndrico de ferro fundido é feita de uma superfície fundida e tem uma pluralidade de projeções (p) formadas integralmente com a superfície fundida, em que: (a) a pluralidade de projeções (p) têm uma altura (h) igual a ou maior do que 0,20 mm e menor do que 0,50 mm; (b) um número total (n) da pluralidade de projeções (p) por cm2 da superfície periférica externa é igual a ou maior do que 61 e igual a ou menor do que 180; (c) a pluralidade de projeções (p) compreende uma projeção (pn) que tem uma forma constrita; (d) uma razão das projeções (pn) que têm a forma constrita para a pluralidade de projeções (p) é igual a ou maior do que 50%; (e) um índice de força de ligação (s) expresso por: ¿expressão (1) s=h2×n×np é igual a ou maior do que 310; e (f) uma força de ligação (f (al)) obtida quando a superfície periférica externa do membro cilíndrico de ferro fundido é fundida inserida com uma liga de alumínio excede uma força de ligação de limite expresso por: ¿expressão (2) fb=1,325×h2×n-0,75.
