a presente invenção refere-se a pneus autovedantes com isolamento acústico para rodas de veículos e a processos para a fabricação dos mesmos. em particular, os pneus autovedantes com isolamento acústico da invenção compreendem materiais de poliolefina espumados de células fechadas, preferencialmente com macrocélulas fechadas, opcionalmente perfurados. estes materiais redutores de ruído permitem surpreendentemente manter o desempenho de vedação dos sistemas tradicionais de autovedação, que são comprometidos no caso de materiais redutores de ruído convencionais à base de poliuretanos espumados de células abertas.
