Abstract

a invenção refere-se à engenharia de energia nuclear, em geral, para aquecer equipamentos de troca de usinas nucleares, em particular, para isolamento térmico de dutos e equipamentos de plantos de reatores. o resultado técnico da presente invenção é reduzir o consumo de material do dispositivo, reduzir as perdas de calor e simplificar a instalação e reparação do dispositivo. o resultado técnico é conseguido pelo fato de que no dispositivo do bloco isolamento térmico para gasoduto, contendo blocos separados colocados na superfície externa do duto sob a forma de caixas soldadas de aço inoxidável resistente à corrosão, dentro do qual o material isolante de calor é colocado, que são presos juntos com travas de tensão de ação rápida, e os locais das juntas dos blocos são fechados com sobreposições, propõe-se usar como material de isolamento térmico um conjunto de pelo menos três telas corrugadas ou de bolhas feitas de aço inoxidável resistente à corrosão que formam cavidades de ar fechadas, as chapas de revestimento externas dos blocos vizinhos devem ser mais curtas do que o comprimento dos blocos pelo tamanho do revestimento e montar com um intervalo de ar ventilado aberto posterior a partir da superfície externa do conjunto de telas, as sobreposições são feitas na forma de seções emparelhadas de um conjunto de camadas múltiplas de aço corrugado de aço inoxidável resistente à corrosão, seções emparelhadas são conectadas com travas de tensão de ação rápida e a largura das coberturas é feita com sobreposição da zona de alta temperatura dos blocos no lugar de sua junção. como uma opção, os blocos podem ser executados com uma borda de junção ao longo da linha da junta axial. como uma opção, as juntas dos blocos devem ter uma superfície rugosa, em particular, as superfícies de topo dos blocos são feitas de aço corrugado de chapa de aço corrugado resistente à corrosão. como uma opção, o comprimento interno do bloco é menor que o comprimento externo do bloco pelo valor das expansões térmica. como uma opção, as unidades são montadas com um intervalo de ar a partir da conduta.
