a invenção refere-se a um sistema de frenagem ferroviário (1) que compreende um sistema de detecção e armazenamento (100) projetado para receber uma primeira informação representando a posição de um dispositivo (20) para bloquear o pistão do freio de serviço (8), receber a segunda informação representando a alimentação da câmara de pressão do freio de serviço (13) com um agente de pressão pneumático, deduzir a informação representando a aplicação de um freio de estacionamento (7) a partir da primeira e da segunda informações e armazenar essa informação deduzida; em consequência da qual a informação representando a aplicação do freio de estacionamento é mantida mesmo se a câmara de pressão do freio de serviço (13) deixar de ser abastecida com o agente de pressão pneumático.
