Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir um copolímero em dibloco compreendendo a reação de pelo menos um poliéster aromático tendo um ponto de fusão na faixa de 160 °c a 350 °c e pelo menos um polímero diol tendo um ponto de fusão inferior a 100 °c a uma temperatura superior a 200 °c para obter uma mistura (g-a); e a reação da mistura (g-a) com pelo menos um diisocianato, em que o diisocianato é utilizado em um teor molar de pelo menos 0,9 com base nos grupos álcool dos polímeros diol. a presente invenção refere-se ainda a copolímeros em dibloco obtidos ou obteníveis de acordo com tal processo e ao uso de tais copolímeros dibloco para a produção de artigos extrudados, moldados por injeção e prensados e também espumas, bainhas de cabos, mangueiras, perfis, correias de transmissão, fibras, não-tecidos, filmes, molduras, plugues, invólucros, elementos de amortecimento para indústria elétrica, indústria automotiva, construção mecânica, impressão 3-d, medicina e bens de consumo.
