Abstract

a presente revelação refere-se a um dispositivo de moldagem por injeção que tem uma primeira metade de molde, uma placa indexadora que, em uma posição de moldagem, é ao menos parcialmente recebida na primeira metade de molde, um eixo da placa indexadora conectado à placa indexadora, tal eixo da placa indexadora sendo disposto para movimento linear ao longo de seu eixo geométrico longitudinal em relação à primeira metade de molde, de modo que a placa indexadora possa ser movida entre a posição de moldagem e uma posição de giro na qual a placa indexadora pode ser girada em relação à primeira metade de molde, uma placa adaptadora conectada à primeira metade de molde, sendo que a placa adaptadora tem um acionador e um primeiro elemento de acoplamento acoplado ao acionador, tal primeiro elemento de acoplamento sendo disposto excentricamente em relação ao eixo geométrico longitudinal do eixo da placa indexadora, e a primeira metade de molde tem um segundo elemento de acoplamento engatado ao primeiro elemento de acoplamento, sendo que o segundo elemento de acoplamento é acoplado ao eixo da placa indexadora para girar o eixo da placa indexadora ao redor do eixo geométrico longitudinal.
