Abstract
a invenção refere-se a um método para fabricar um material cerâmico, o método compreendendo as seguintes etapas: formar um material cerâmico realizando uma primeira reação química pelo menos entre um primeiro pó de um composto intermetálico e uma fase gasosa reativa, uma fase líquida estando presente em torno dos grãos do primeiro pó durante a primeira reação química, a dita fase líquida sendo obtida a partir de um segundo pó de um composto metálico fundindo o segundo pó ou como resultado de uma segunda reação química entre pelo menos um elemento do primeiro pó e pelo menos um elemento metálico do segundo pó, uma temperatura de trabalho sendo imposta durante a formação do material cerâmico, temperatura a qual é baixa o suficiente para evitar a fusão do primeiro pó.
