Abstract

trata-se de um método de fabricação de componente prensado de acordo com a presente revelação, em que um componente prensado é fabricado de uma matéria-prima intermediária. o método de fabricação de componente prensado emprega uma prensa que inclui uma matriz dotada de um bloco de matriz e uma perfuradora dotada de um bloco interno. a matéria-prima intermediária inclui um par de porções inclinadas flexionadas no sentido de um lado de direção de espessura de placa, com espaçamento entre o par de porções inclinadas definido como espaçamento mais estreito do que uma largura de uma placa superior do componente prensado. o método de fabricação de componente prensado inclui 3 etapas. a primeira etapa envolve pegar uma porção da matéria-prima intermediária entre o par de porções inclinadas com o bloco interno e o bloco de matriz em um estado no qual o bloco interno se projeta da perfuradora no sentido do lado de matriz e um lado de direção de espessura de placa da matéria-prima intermediária está no lado do bloco interno. a segunda etapa envolve mover a matriz no sentido do lado de perfuradora e formar as paredes verticais do componente prensado. a terceira etapa envolve integrar a matriz e o bloco de matriz em uma única unidade e, então, mover a matriz e o bloco de matriz integrados e o bloco interno no sentido do lado de perfuradora para formar a placa superior do componente prensado.
