Abstract

é fornecido um método para transformar o solo existente de um determinado local em um solo de fundação mais estável. o método inclui as etapas de definir uma área delineada em torno de uma superfície do solo existente, escavar o solo ao longo da área delineada até uma profundidade que se estende através de camadas de diferentes tipos de solo; condicionar o solo escavado misturando junto homogeneamente as camadas de diferentes tipos de solo, incluindo em alguns casos o solo importado de uma fonte externa; retornar o solo condicionado para a área delineada para preencher a profundidade escavada, e compactar o solo condicionado retornado à área delineada, formando assim o solo de fundação estável de alta capacidade estrutural e baixa compressibilidade.
