Abstract

são revelados métodos para obter de maneira não destrutiva o genótipo de uma célula vegetal em uma amostra vegetal. a célula vegetal é isolada de uma amostra de células vegetais usando um dispositivo microfluídico integrado. o dispositivo microfluídico integrado inclui uma armadilha de célula individual localizada a jusante de um canal microfluídico, e o dispositivo microfluídico é configurado para capturar a célula vegetal na armadilha de célula individual. o mrna é extraído da célula vegetal ao colocá-la em contato com uma sonda de microscópio de força atômica (mfa) e atrair o mrna de locais de interesse para a extremidade de sonda usando uma força dieletroforética (dep) sob o campo de corrente alternada (ca) aplicado à sonda. o genótipo da célula vegetal é determinado com base no cdna obtido do mrna extraído. como alternativa, o mrna é analisado para determinar padrões de expressão genética da célula vegetal.
