Abstract
a invenção se refere a um sensor e a um método para detectar a posição do sensor em relação a uma superfície de guia (5) compreendendo um alojamento (1) e um dispositivo de análise eletrônico (7), que fornece valores de medição para a posição da superfície de guia (5) com base nos sinais de medição. o sensor compreende um arranjo de transdutor ultrassônico, em cada uma das duas extremidades externas do qual é montado adicionalmente um respectivo transdutor ultrassônico de referência e uma respectiva superfície de refletor (12) é montada em alinhamento com o disco piezoelétrico de referência (13) a uma distância do lado inferior (9), os ditos transdutores ultrassônicos e superfícies de refletor sendo inclinados em 45° em relação ao lado inferior (9) e voltados um para o outro, formando assim um trajeto de medição de referência (r) tendo um comprimento conhecido entre os dois transdutores ultrassônicos de referência. no método para detectar a posição relativa, os valores de medição são compensados em relação a influências ambientais por medições em um trajeto de referência.
