Abstract

um sistema para recuperar metais preciosos catalíticos a partir de soluções de processamento galvânico aquosas é fornecido. o sistema compreende pelo menos um tanque de retenção e pelo menos uma unidade de filtragem, em que o tanque de retenção mantém a solução de processamento galvânico e a unidade de filtragem compreende meios de ultrafiltragem e em que a unidade de filtragem está em conexão hidráulica com o tanque de retenção. a unidade de filtragem é capaz de fornecer uma corrente de permeado com uma concentração de metal precioso catalítico reduzida em relação à alimentação da unidade de filtragem e uma corrente de concentrado com maior concentração de metal precioso catalítico em relação à alimentação da unidade de filtragem. o sistema compreende pelo menos um trocador de calor disposto hidraulicamente entre o tanque de retenção e a unidade de filtragem, sendo capaz de limitar a temperatura média tr1 da solução aquosa de processamento galvânico para <= 50 °c, de preferência <= 45 °c, com mais preferência <= 40 °c, antes de entrar na unidade de filtragem.
