Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método para preparação de um enxerto ósseo osteogênico. o método inclui introduzir um composto anticoagulante em um volume de material celular que inclui uma população de células mononucleares provenientes do canal intramedular de um osso longo; coletar um efluente que inclui o volume de material celular contendo o composto anticoagulante, em um ponto de coleta,; separar uma fração celular concentrada do efluente, a fração celular concentrada inclui a população de células mononucleares e o composto anticoagulante; e preparar um enxerto ósseo osteogênico a partir da fração celular concentrada.
