Abstract

A presente invenção refere-se a um método para montar um rolamento de rolos sobre um rotor e dentro do alojamento de rolamento de um turbocompressor, que compreende as seguintes etapas: - inserir um componente, o qual pode ser deformado exercendo uma pressão, dentro do espaço intermediário entre dois rolamentos de rolos do conjunto de rotor, o qual compreende um eixo de rotor, anéis de rolamento internos os quais estão presos no eixo de rotor ou integrados no eixo de rotor e estão espaçados um do outro, corpos de rolos os inseridos nos anéis de rolamento internos e similarmente anéis de rolamento externos os quais estão espaçados um do outro, e - deformar o componente inserido no espaço intermediário entre os dois rolamentos de rolos exercendo uma pressão para ajustar uma pré-tensão axial desejada entre os dois rolamentos de rolos.
