Abstract
o objeto da presente invenção é proporcionar um aparelho de direção elétrica assistida com alta qualidade e preço razoável que estima um ângulo do eixo do motor e um ângulo do eixo de direção com alta precisão por assimilar elementos não lineares de um sistema de mecanismo e de um sistema de direção, em que pode se executar os dois sensores de ângulo, utilizando-se estimativas de ângulos dos sensores de ângulo. a presente invenção se refere a um aparelho de de direção de energia elétrica compreendendo um motor para auxiliar a controlar um sistema de direção de um veículo que é ligado a um eixo de direção por meio de um mecanismo de redução, e compreende um primeiro sensor de ângulo para detectar um ângulo do eixo de direção do eixo de direção e um segundo sensor de ângulo para detectar um ângulo de eixo do motor do motor, compreendendo: uma função que obtém mapas de valor de compensação por iterativamente assimilar características dos elementos não lineares incluindo o mecanismo de redução com base em um ângulo de medição real do primeiro sensor de ângulo, uma medição real de ângulo do segundo sensor de ângulo, um torque do motor e uma velocidade angular do motor, e calcula o ângulo do eixo de direção e o ângulo do eixo do motor, utilizando os mapas de valor de compensação.
