Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método para sintetizar ciclocarbonatos reagindo-se um composto de epóxi e dióxido de carbono na pressão atmosférica e temperatura elevada na presença de um sistema de catalisador heterogêneo compreendendo um haleto de metal alcalino e sílica assim como o uso do dito sistema de catalisador para a síntese de ciclocarbonatos.
