Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a composição de borracha reticulável que compreende: - borracha natural ou uma mistura de borracha que compreende borracha natural e 0-25% em peso de epdm; - enxofre elementar; - um ou mais aceleradores da cura de enxofre ou doadores de enxofre; e - pelo menos um peróxido orgânico com meia vida de dez horas em monoclorobenzeno sob temperatura na faixa de 95 a 145ºc; em que a razão em peso entre a quantidade total de aceleradores da cura de enxofre e doadores de enxofre com relação à quantidade de enxofre elementar é de não mais de 2,5 e a composição é substancialmente livre de borracha não de dieno.
