Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método de cultura de células, em que um meio de semente contendo células é adicionado a um meio inicial, e a cultura de células é iniciada no meio inicial, o método sendo caracterizado por um aditivo do meio derivado biologicamente ser adicionado ao meio inicial, e a quantidade das espécies amidadas do terminal c na proteína produzida é controlada por meio do teor de cobre do meio inicial no início da cultura da célula.
