Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um processo de assistência automática à aterrissagem de uma aeronave em uma pista de aterrissagem a partir de um ponto de retorno (a) até um ponto de chegada (pa) ao nível do qual a aeronave entra em contato com a pista de aterrissagem executado por um dispositivo de tratamento de dados embarcado na dita aeronave e configurado para ser ligado a uma central inercial, um altímetro, um medidor de desvio, o dito processo sendo compreendendo: - uma guia, a partir de dados de posição e de atitude fornecidos pela central inercial e de dados de altitude fornecidos pelo altímetro, da aeronave ao longo de uma trajetória predefinida do ponto de retorno (a) até um ponto de entrada em comunicação (c) predeterminado aproximadamente alinhado com o eixo da pista de aterrissagem, a guia sendo realizada em pelo menos uma parte da dita trajetória predefinida a partir de dados de posição corrigidos calculados com o auxílio de dados de posição da aeronave fornecidos pela central inercial e de medições transmitidas pelo medidor de desvio (13), - uma guia do ponto de entrada em comunicação (c) ao ponto de chegada (pa).
