Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um separador de ciclone (10), compreendendo uma câmara de pressão (20), uma entrada (30) para um fluxo de entrada de uma mistura de gás e de partículas, uma saída de gás (50) para saída de gás disposta através de uma parede de topo (26) da câmara de pressão (20) e uma saída de partícula (40) para saída de partículas disposta em uma parte inferior (22) da câmara de pressão (20). a câmara de pressão (20) possui uma configuração simétrica de rotação principal. em concordância com a presente invenção, a entrada é disposta através de uma parede lateral (28) de uma parte superior (24) da câmara de pressão (20) para direcionamento do fluxo de entrada com um componente de velocidade principal em uma direção tangencial (t). a entrada compreende um tubo de entrada (36) se projetando através da parede lateral (28) da parte superior (24) na câmara de pressão (20), por intermédio do que uma extremidade interna (38) do tubo de entrada (36) é proporcionada em uma posição interna da câmara de pressão (20). o método para operação de um separador de ciclone é também apresentado.
