Abstract

é provido pela presente invenção um material refratário monolítico isolante, com resistência suficiente de cura e tempo de utilização assegurada e que exibe uma excelente estabilidade em temperatura elevada. o material refratário monolítico isolante da presente invenção compreende um ligante e um matéria-prima refratária; uma gravidade específica a granel do mesmo é 0,8-1,8 quando a mistura amassada de material refratário monolítico isolante com água é curada a uma temperatura normal durante 24 horas e, em seguida, secou-se a 110ºc durante 24 horas; o ligante compreende um cimento de aluminato de cálcio, incluindo o cao e al2o3 como componentes químicos e um cimento de aluminato de estrôncio incluindo sro e al2o3 como componentes químicos; e com base em 100%, em massa, como uma massa total do ligante e a matéria-prima refratária, um teor do cimento aluminato de estrôncio é de 2 a 10% em massa, e um teor de cao derivado do aluminato de cálcio cimento é um a 12% em massa.
