Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se ao método para imobilização de um oligonucleotídeo identificado em um substrato polimérico não modificado, sendo que o método compreende as seguintes etapas: a) fornecer uma mistura que compreende líquido e um oligonucleotídeo identificado, b) aplicar a mistura da etapa a) em um substrato polimérico não modificado, sendo que o oligonucleotídeo é imobilizado no substrato polimérico não modificado através de fisissorção e micromatrizes obtidas por esse método. a invenção refere-se, adicionalmente, ao uso de uma identificação fixada a um oligonucleotídeo para imobilização do oligonucleotídeo identificado em um substrato polimérico não modificado por fisissorção. adicionalmente, a invenção refere-se ao uso das micromatrizes obtidas pelo método descrito no presente documento para ensaios e kits de diagnóstico que compreendem tais micromatrizes.
