resumo ?método de sacarificação e co-fermentação simultâneas, melhoradas com tensoativo, de lignocelulose? um método de sacarificação e co-fermentação simultâneas, melhoradas com tensoativo, de lignoceluloses é previsto, que se refere ao campo da produção de etanol combustível pelo processo de fermentação de degradação de carga de alimentação de biomassa, e a solução técnica da presente invenção é que o substrato de lignocelulose pré-tratado é diretamente submetido às sacarificação e co-fermentação simultâneas, melhoradas com tensoativo, sem qualquer destoxificação, por adição de um tensoativo, em que o tensoativo pode ser seletivamente adicionado antes ou depois da hidrólise pré-enzimática, em que a presente invenção apresenta perspectivas de aplicação econômica, eficaz e possível ao reduzir a perda de glicose, simplificar o processo de produção, reduzir o investimento em equipamento, reduzir o consumo de água, e melhorar a produção de etanol, e assim por diante e, além disso, pela primeira vez, a presente invenção fermenta o álamo de crescimento rápido sem destoxificação por adição de um tensoativo, e o método de sacarificação e co-fermentação simultâneas para produzir etanol, e a concentração e rendimento de etanol foram melhorados e o custo total do processo de produção de etanol a partir de lignocelulose em etanol é efetivamente reduzido.
