resumo ?catalisador de hidroprocessamento de ativação automática que tem atividade aprimorada e características de ativação automática e seu uso para tratar matérias-primas de resíduo? trata-se de um catalisador para tratar matérias-primas de hidrocarboneto pesado que compreende uma partícula calcinada tratada com um composto de sulfóxido na presença de hidrogênio. a partícula calcinada compreende uma mistura cotriturada produzida cotriturando-se pó de óxido inorgânico, pó de trióxido de molibdênio e um composto de níquel e, então, formando-se a mistura cotriturada em uma partícula que é calcinada para, desse modo, fornecer a partícula calcinada. a partícula calcinada compreende de 1 a 10 por cento em peso de molibdênio, e níquel que está presente em uma quantidade de modo que a razão em peso entre o dito níquel e o molibdênio seja menor do que 0,4. a partícula calcinada tem uma distribuição de tamanho de poro que contribui para as propriedades únicas do catalisador. o catalisador de ativação automática aprimorado é usado no hidroprocessamento de matérias-primas de resíduo pesado que têm altas concentrações de níquel, vanádio e enxofre.
